親愛なるソウルフル ダンサーの皆様
4月に開催される次回リトリートの詳細を皆さんにお知らせできることに興奮しています。 神秘なるバリ島の大自然の中で、踊りや私達それぞれの人生の深みを味わいながらゆっくりと身体・心・魂を育む旅へと皆様をご招待します。
この特別なリトリートでは、ダンスを通じて”真なる私”を表現する事に取り組みます。 個々のソロパフォーマンスは聖なる捧げものとしてリトリートの中でシェアしていただきます。
踊りの技術も同時に学びます。それは私達が踊る際に表面的なものを超え深く表現する事にとても役に立つからです。
具体的な学びの内容: 基礎から中級レベル以上の踊りの技術の習得、芸術としてのエンターテイメント、自信をつける、基礎的な動きや表現から飛躍する方法、芸術としてのパフォーマンス、芸術的効果、感情を表現する事、情熱そして脆さを表現する事、自己探求、自己表現、深い感覚で身を委ねる、超越し開かれた存在に変容する方法、エネルギーのシフト、観客と繋がる事や踊りを通じて感動や情感を呼び起こす方法、言葉では表現できない感情を踊りを通じて表現する事、そしてすでに私達が深い部分で感じてきている真実の声を紐解く事です。
それぞれのダンサーにはこのリトリート期間にフォーカスしたい内容をいくつか決めていただきます。 例えば、最も興味がある分野、苦手とする分野、もしくはさらに探求していきたい分野など。
夜のセッションは、女神の輪やダンステンプルといったそれぞれのソロパフォーマンスやグループ作品をダンスシスター達にシェアしていく時間となります。私達自身で音楽を奏で踊り合う時間やミュージシャンの生演奏で踊る夜など魔法のような時間を一緒に過ごしていきます。
さらに、寺院を訪れたり、聖なる滝での沐浴、バリ舞踊レッスンなど様々な課外活動も用意しています。
【料金に含まれるもの（パッケージ内容）】
-宿泊- ・ウブド中心街至近の静かでのどかなジャングルを見渡す美しいリトリートセンターでの滞在 ・エアコンと天井のファン、さらにジャングルを見渡すテラス付きのモダンな2人部屋をシェアしていただきます。 バス、トイレ、つき。各自が使用できるセキュリティーボックス、無料Wifiも完備しています。
-食事- ・ヘルシーなベジタリアン/ヴィーガン、さらにインドネシア風のアレンジ料理といった食事付き。 （食べ物のアレルギーがある方はお知らせください。）プライベートキッチンとダイニングエリアがありますのでそちらで食事を摂ります。 食事の際は外食していただいても構いません。
-レッスン- ・すべてのレッスンは、ジャングルを見渡す屋根付きオープンエアの美しいスタジオで行われます。スタジオの床は心地よい木の素材でできていて、鏡もあり、ヨガマット、音響システムも整っています。リトリート期間は毎日このスタジオに集まります。 ・すべてのレッスンや捧げもの、女神の輪、生演奏でのセッション、スペシャルダンスウェア/ダンススカートとトップスのセット1着、 聖なる滝へのショートトリップ、女神プールなど
-その他- ・日本人のみなさんには、すべてのレッスン中およびリトリートを通しての日本語通訳つき ・到着時に空港から直接リトリートセンターに来られる方、出発時にリトリートセンターから直接空港に行く方には、送迎を手配。 (ただし8日到着、15日帰国予定の方のみ)
このリトリートは、個人的な実践としてまたはアートとして、さらには神聖なる捧げものとして、 瞬間に身を委ね心から感じるままに踊る事に興味があるすべての女性が対象です。すべての女性に開かれたリトリートです！ ベリーダンス経験が少しでもあると望ましいと思います。というのも、ベリーダンスの基礎的な動きは私達の共通言語であり、踊りの旅の発着点でもあります。これらの動きが私達を独創的な創造の過程へと導いてくれ、こうして私達は新しい領域へと進んでいけるのです。もしまだベリーダンスに触れた事が無いけれどリトリートに参加したいという方は今すぐクラスに参加していただく事をオススメします！

~ Sacred Earth Mystical Dance ~ Bali Retreat with Mishaal and Nashwa!
Dear Soulful Dancers, Im excited to share with you about the upcoming Bali Retreat.I invite you to drop into the natural mystique of Bali, taking time out for yourself to nourish your body, mind, and spirit, as we dance and go deeper on our journey!
In this special retreat we will focus on dancing as a way of expressing our true selves, and sharing with others in solo performance, and sacred offerings.
We will work on skills, that will help us go beyond the surface, and bring out our deep expression in dance.
Some topics we will work with include: building basic, and beyond basic dance skills, the art of entertaining, building confidence, moving beyond standard moves and expression, performance art, artistry, emoting, expressing our passion, and vulnerability, self enquiry, self expression, deep surrender, learning to be an open channel, shifting energy, learning how to connect with, and move our audience, expressing through dance that which cannot be said, and finding out ‘what we know for sure’!
Each dancer will select a few areas to focus on during the retreat, one area thats of particular interest, one area that is challenging, and another area of her choice to explore.
In the evenings we will hold Goddess circles, and Dance Temple, where we will share our solo dance and group offerings with our sisters. We will also have enchanted dance sessions with our own live music, and with special guest musicians.
Also including will be an excursion, to a temple, and sacred waterfall for water purification, and Balinese Dance.
Everything is Included
•Accommodations: Beautiful twin share rooms with ensuite bath. Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with fan, air conditioning, private closet space, and safety box for each guest, and a terrace that over looks the jungle.
•Meals: All healthy Vegan Vegetarian, Indonesian inspired meals are included. (please let me know if you have any food allergies).There is a private kitchen and dining area for retreat participants to use if you would like to tea or coffee.
•Roof Top Yoga/Dance Studio, the studio is a beautiful Balinese style open air pavilion with a large wooden floor, mirrors, yoga mats, and sound system with a view of the tropic garden. This is where we will be gathering each day for the retreat. Free Wifi throughout the retreat center, including rooms.
•All offerings, classes, goddess circles, special dancewear (a top and skirt), live music, and waterfall excursion, goddess pool and more!.
•Airport transportation to and from the Retreat center, (if you are arriving on April 8, and leaving on the 15th).
This is Retreat is open to all women who have an interest in intuitive dance in the moment from the heart, as a personal practice, and as an art form, and sacred offering to be shared with others. All are welcome here! Some experience in belly dance will be helpful, as the basic bellydance moves are our common vocabulary/starting point, that leads us to the expansion of our own personal creative flow. From there we will let go into new realms! If you are new to belly dance, and want to come i encourage you to start a class today! All levels of dance experience are welcome.
